These terms apply to Fala.World, a browser-based service for practicing Brazilian Portuguese, operated by Maksim Yaromau, a sole trader based in Georgia.
The service and your account
Fala provides language exercises, audio and conversation practice. It does not guarantee fluency, exam results or an immigration outcome. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation or access another person’s account.
Subscription and payment
The monthly plan costs USD 14.99, plus applicable taxes, and renews automatically each month until canceled. The checkout shows the total before you authorize payment. See pricing for the plan details.
Orders placed through Paddle are sold by Paddle as our authorized online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles those payments, sales taxes, billing inquiries and refunds. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to those purchases.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time before renewal to prevent the next charge. For Paddle subscriptions, follow the management link in your payment email or contact Paddle buyer support. Contact yaromaum@gmail.com if you need help. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period and does not itself refund a payment.
We offer a voluntary refund of the first subscription payment if requested within seven calendar days. See the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s applicable refund rules are not limited by that offer.
Your content and our materials
You retain rights to the information you enter. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You may use Fala’s learning materials for your own practice; a subscription does not grant permission to resell or redistribute the service or its materials.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, and maintenance or technical problems may interrupt availability. If a paid feature is unavailable, contact us for help. Material changes to subscription pricing or terms will be communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the next charge. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
